The rooftop views were breathtaking, a highlight of my stay. The breakfast buffet offered a delightful variety, including an omelette station that set the tone for the day.

The location isn’t ideal for spontaneous strolls into town. it feels remote, and the complimentary shuttle often left me waiting for 30-40 minutes. Some rooms face the wrong direction, lacking the views you’d hope for, which can feel disappointing if that’s what you’re after. Also, the second set of spiral stairs leading to the terrace could use some safety considerations, as they felt a bit precarious, especially at that height.

The view from the deck is something else, wicked breathtaking! The breakfast buffet had it all—perfect way to start my day. The staff were super friendly and attentive, always smiling. Loved the cozy atmosphere and the free ride to town made exploring a breeze. The only downside was an occasional bug here and there in the room.

what an absolute disappointment. my room was as simple as they get, definitely not what I expected. the AC was so loud, it was like sleeping next to an elephant! and for a hotel with such high rates, I expected some sort of welcome gift. but alas, regular treatment it was, shame! I almost gave. but just couldn't.

the bathroom had some issues with water pressure. but the complimentary shuttle was super handy for trips to town. also, the instructors for scuba diving were really supportive. breakfast options were decent, especially the omelette station!

However, the location is somewhat remote, requiring a 15-20 minute walk back from the main areas, which can be a bit tiring due to the uphill climb. While some meals were enjoyable, a certain dish fell flat, which impacted the overall dining experience.

skylodge resort was such a pleasant stay! the views from our budget double room, set high up on the hill, were absolutely amazing. the pool was a perfect spot for relaxing after our busy days. the staff went out of their way to help us, making everything easier.

Just a balanced option for a two-day stay in Coron with great value-to-price ratio. The views from the deck are stunning, especially during sunset. Bring your own snacks since nearby food options are limited.
